I don't think I even have the words to describe what I witnessed this evening. It was without a doubt the most bizarre, heart‐wrenching yet hilarious, amazingly weird, poignant piece of brilliance I have ever seen.

Greeted by a horse at the entrance to Contact Theatre I knew straight away that this performance was going to be slightly unusual. While the full audience made their way to their seats, we watched projections on screen of google searches (How much is a horse in Manchester), cat videos and awkward exchanges with men on video chat rooms. In fact the screen was used constantly throughout this multimedia show to great effect.

Kim (yes it's a girl’s name) Noble is flawless in his deadpan delivery, and shows immense bravery as a performer. It would be nigh impossible for me to describe what goes on in this show, but I will share some of my personal highlights!

Noble utilises lots of audience interaction, and you can feel the excitement and tension every time he comes into the auditorium to pick a victim. I got off lightly with just a comment about the colour of my jumper, but one lady had to listen to porn through headphones for the rest of the show, and Mike was treated to a full stripping routine from Noble, complete with tucked‐in penis. In fact, as the show goes on Noble completes the transition from beardy guy in suit to lady in red, Sarah.

I loved the 'candid camera' style exchanges on the projections, including how he treated customers at his fake job at B&Q, his obsession with Keith from Morrison’s, and the incredibly awkward meet‐ups with men he has found online, expecting a beautiful young lady and getting Noble, complete with disguise and voice changer.

The most beautifully sad moments came when he spoke about his elderly father, showing us his journey with dementia, and delivering a real punch to the gut out of nowhere. It really was incredibly moving, and totally unexpected in a 'comedy' show.

Overall Noble leaves us with an important message, and shares his acts of kindness with the audience before departing on his noble steed. I don't want to give too much away because it really has to be seen to be believed! There is plenty of nudity, sex with random objects, and dead animals - based on that alone I would have assumed that this show wasn't for me, but I was wrong. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry, but rest assured this show will stay with me for a long time.
